Valderrama Family

My heart has been so excited to share this maternity session with everyone! I thought today would be appropriate to journal about this family, due to the fact that their lovely new baby girl was born just this afternoon. (If you are reading this Robby & Bria – congratulations guys!!) This family means so much to many and I am still amazed by how some of these moments bring out the true spirit of their family. Not only are they so fun to be around, but they are truly one of the most intentional families that we have had the honor of knowing. They seek out others to love on in everything they do – and their joy in infectious in every situation. Bria shared a prayer over their baby just a few days ago that I thought was so beautiful and I have to share it.

“Lord, cause this little woman inside of me to hear Your voice from a young age. Even as she is birthed into this world, may she know Your presence. May she feel Your love through the arms of her mommy and daddy. May she hear Your faith-building truth spoken in our home. May she experience Your delight in her as she plays tag with her big sister. May our family be the extension of Your love to this little girl. May she always know You and be confident in the woman that You’ve designed her to be. May she understand that her worth is already at 100%. My she understand how to live out of BEING more than DOING because at the end of the day, she is a child of God and everything else- any of her life successes, pale in comparison that fact. I love her already, but I know You love her more… so give Robby, Lea and I Your never-ending love for her as we raise her in our family! Amen!”
